A MYSTERIOUS DISAPPEARANCE.
News has been received, by steamer from Batavia, that the Landgrave of Hesse, who was on a tour of the world, and had been suffering from general depression caused by excessive heat, had mysteriously disappeared from the steamer Volga, at Maittok. It is supposed that m a fit of mental derangement he got through the porthole, and was drowned. The body was not recovered. ■:- ..■ a. : - . :
