MILITARY MOVEMENTS,
[Peb Prbsh Association.] St. Pbtbksbdbo, November 15. Russia is about to increase her forces on the Western frontier by three divisions of infantry from the Caucasus. Other changes are contemplated m the direction of increasing the strength of the army. Viknna, November 15. It is reported that Austria intends to transfer two divisions from Bohemia to the Gallician frontier. Brrlik, November 15, The proposed Russian loan occasions a feeling of great distrust here. (Received November 17 ( 1 10 pm ) Bkussels, Noyembor 16. King Leopold of Belgium has informed a deputation that the European Situation is full of danger. Romk. November 16 The Parliamentary opposition to Premier Crispi is growing critical. The German military staff has warned the Italian authorities that the principal object m mobilising the army should be to gather promptly 300,000 men m the valley of ihe Po.
