His Holiness the Pope, after hearing the report of the General Congregation for the cause of beatification and declaration of martyrdom of the Venerable Louis Chanel, pro-Vicar Apostolic of Western Oceania, who was murdered at Futun?, Friendly Islands, m 1841, has appointed a day for ceremonies m connection with the beatification.
