The exhibition of dtlry produce, ranged along one tide of the pavllon, Has a very fiae one. There was a grand show of fresh butter, and In this olass, Mr J . 0. N. Grlgg took all tha ohlef honors, taking the Soofety'a and Mr D. Williamson's prizes, •dd he aho secured a first In the clcae for powdersd butter. Mrs J. Small took first pr.'zj for powdered butter; Mies A. E. Daweon't exhibit being highly commended. Mn Ashton to>k ohlef honors In the olas? for the beat keg cf salted butler, Mrs Small taking a second przj. Mr 11. Aloorn's special priz* for keg of salt hotter, fell to Mr J. 0. N. Grlgg. Mrs Small was the only exhibitor ia cheese, and she ■soared a welldeEorved first award. Mrs Small also oarrled off honors for a elde of ■moked bacon, but ia aasmoked baaon, Mis Jas. Oroy took first and seoond pr'z b, the judges highly commending that showo by Mrs Small. Mrs Oroy took first prize for the two best smoked hams, Mrs Small, who was second In this class, taking first prlsa for the best nnsmoked hams. Some very fine hen. egga were ahown, Mrs Horsey taking first m this class with a grand dish. Miss Hamilton took second honors; Mrs Sma'l being highly commend«d. Mre§ Small showed a fine d'znof dock eggs, for which she was awarrled|6ret prise. There was a splendid array of home-made bre&d. laThle class, Mrs J, G. McOonochie took all the first pr'z^p, the loaves which she showed lowing nothing to be desired. She took the Society's prize, Mrs G. Jameson's special prfza, and Mr E Thomas's pr'z ? for bread made front Wakacul mill floor. In the first class, Mrs Frebble took seoond pr'z •, and Mrs Small secured a highly oommended ticket. Mr 0. F.Lsndmann was the only exhibitor m honey. He showed a nice dish, for which he was awarded a first pr!z3. Mrs Small being the largest }>riso-tsktr la dairy produce, was aooordagly awarded the (society's and Mr H. Zander's prze
