Melbourne, October 18. Mitchell's joinery woriis m E|urqley street were partly destroyed by fire to day, damage to the extent of ,£30,000 b.eing caused. A disgraceful scene occurred m the Legislative Assembly last evening. During a discussion Qn the new Blec-* tpral f}ill, Mr G. E. Jones, one of the members for Etallarat East, accused the Premier of being drunk.
