Tho total entry for the day comprised 1750 sheep. 4 pigs, and 44 o<»fc:.le, of which I aold 674 snoop and 26 c*ttle. The a' tendance of firmers. dt alers, and olhers was below the average, find the sale was some-vhat dragging at 'he sUrt, but recovered after the first few pens were sold. The following are the prices realised :— Fat merino wethere, lla 8d to 12s 61 ; fat crossbred ewes and wethers, 13} 61 to 14s 6 1 and 15s 5d ; shorn fat cheep, Us 6d ; atore oroashred h< ggets, 10a lid to lla ; 2 tooth, 10« 31 ; or jeabred ewea and lambs, 2 4, 6, and 8-tooth. 13j lOd ; mixed -orcsibred and morioo ewe* and lambs, 10ii ; crossbred 2-tooth ewps and wethers, 11^ 7 1 » merino e*es and lambe, 8s 2d to 9i 91 ; pis?n, 2 at 13a 61. 2 at, 10 < 6d.
