(fkb press association,) London, October 10. A petition, signed by nearly the whole of the dissenting ministers m Ireland, has been forwarded to the Marquis of Salisbury, praying that the union with England be maintained. Lord Bosebery, speaking at Leeds, said that if Mr Gladstone obtained a majority m the House of Commons m favor of Home Rule he would stop the •present coercion policy of the .Government, and establish, if possible, a legislative body to deal with Irish affairs distinct from Imperial affairs.

Mr Timothy Harrington, M.P. for Dublin, has received notice from the Parnell Commission to produce the books and letters of the National Land League.
