Christohoroh, October 3. The Snpreme Ooart criminal' sittings closed to-day. Geo. Xyrlion was aantenced to three years penal servitude for sheep stealing. Thoa. Batohelor, a young man who bad aided him, was sentenced to two years probation, and Wm. Batohelor was acquitted.
