FRENCH POLITICS.
Pakis, Ootober2. M. Freycinet, Minister of War, has undertaken to reduce the military hudget by 6,000,000 francs (^£240,000). M. Goblet, m the course ot a speech, declared that the election of the Boulangists meant anarchy, followed by dictatorship and war. He also asserted that Comte de Paris had allied himself, with Boulanger.
