CANADA AND THE STATES.
Washington, October 2. The Foreign Committee of the Senate will probably advise Congtess to urge President Cleveland to invite Canada to join the United States. It is believed the Senate will advise the United States Government, m the event of Canada accepting, to assume the whole of the Dominion debt.
