Waurman bn<\ MoOartby, bootmakers, employed by Garrott Bros, hrought an action to-day m the Police Court agaiusV two nf the mon o-.it on strike (Williams s>nd McCarthy), for having used insulting language to them. The proceedings amssout of an accident which occurred or Saturday morning, when the p'alotifl were mat going to work by a number ol the ftrikern, who hooted »nd abuied them. Evidence f< r the plaint ff waß heard m one case and the farther hearing then postponed.
