For medium draughts Huitable for contract ploughing, etc., biddings wero Bpirilod, and a large number cLnnged hands at satisfactory prices, given below. For hacks and light harness horses biddings were also more spirited than for somo weeks past. Out of the days entry of 44, 27 were sold aa follows :— Ou account of Mr Mcßride, {•Jr. ea Valley, Palmorston, a 2-year old draught filly of a good Btamp brought £38 ; a 3-year-o'd mare, £19 10a ; a 6 year-old, of a lighter Btamp i £14 10s On account of Mr •'• ilsor, Dunedin, medium draughts, aged, £12 10a to £16 ; and a 4-year-old, £21. On account of Mr Grayburn, aged mares, £16 to £17 10s; a 2-year-old filly brought £11 Other veniors, medium draughts, 4 year olds, £17, £20 ; do, rather light, £14 5s ; aged, £11 10j up to £19 10a ;a 2 year-old filly, £17 ; light harness horses, £10 Jss, £11 ; inferior, £4, £4 10a ; hacks, £5, £6 10.3, £6 15s, and one of a good BUmp orought £15 15s; inferior, a number changed hands at from £2 5s to £4 15s,
