London, September 27 At the wool auction today 21,000 bales were sold.
The Orient Steamship Company have increased the freight on goods to the colony 20s per ton, thus making the rate 80s per ton. Sir John Lawes, a wheat expert, considers it unlikely that wheat will advance m price to any large extent. (Received September 29, 12.30 p.m.) London, JSep'teinber 28.
