VICTORIA.

Severe thunderstorms have been experienced m Victoria and Tasmania. On Saturday a woman named Hawkins was struck by lightning and killed near Launceston, and at Chiltern a man named Brooney met with a similar fate.
The Electoral Bill provides for an increase of the members of the Legislative Assembly to ninety-four.
