REVIEW OF GERMAN TROOPS.
Berlin, September 21. The manoeuvres of the German army were witnessed by the Emperor William. The review of troops was a brilliant spectacle, and His Majesty expressed great satisfaction at their efficiency. The Emperor has conferred distinctions on officers who took a prominent part m the maneauvres.
