MOUNT HUTT ROAD BOARD.
The regular monthly meeting of the above Board was held on Thursday, Sept, 13th Present—Messrs W. MaoMillan, J. Jackson, J. Johnston, and D. Cameron. The Clerk's report *as read and considered, and he was Instructed to get the oeoetsarjr repairs done In the township, on the CberUey road, and on tbe Ash burton River road, and to oall for tenders for repairs on Gunn'i road, and the West Coast Boad ; also to get repairs done on cutting on Mr Cameron's Middle road. The question of forming Mr Holmes' road was adjourned, as Mr Holmes was not present. Mr Cameron undertook to alter oertaln of his water races so that the water should not oveiflow on to the roads. A month's extemlon of time was granted to Mi McAvey on his oontraot for formation of Msgtnnis' road. was read from the Betuun' Dß Officer, asking for use of offioe, —Grantb.fl* From Mr J.
