(per press association.) London, {September 6 A cricket matoh was commenced to-day at Scarborough between an Australian Eleven ai d Lord Londesborougb's Eleven. The latter went first to tbe wickets and scored 163 m their first innings. The fjlhwlng vrere the principal scorers :— Bdraep, 46 ; Guon, 33 ; and Brigqs, 23. Turner took three wickets for 48 runs* Ferris three for 63, Lyons three for 32. At the olosa of the day's play the Australians had lost oDe wioket for 53.
