* SOUTH RAKAI A—FRIDAY.
(Before Mr O. A. Wray, BM.) J. Irvine, for keeping an unregistered dog, was fined 5s without costs. CIVIL CASE. O. W. Turner v W. J. Welsh, claim £24 4s Id, goods supplied, Mr Charles River, liquidator m Mr Turner's estate, appeared m support of the claim.—Defendant admitted the olatm and asked for time. — Judgment for the amount claimed and costs 31s. A number of oases were settled ont of Oourr, and m others judgment was confessed.
