SKIN SALE
Mr Peter Williams (for Friedlander Bros.) reports having held their fortnightly sale of sheep skins at, their East street Horße Bazaar. About 300 skins were entered, and all the lots were sold at the following prices : — Butchers' orossbred, 43 7tl, 4s lid, 53 Id, to 5s lid ; ditto merino, 4a lOd to 4s lid ; good country orossbred, 3s 9d, 4a, 4a 2d, 4d 6d, to 43 7d ; ditto merino, 3s 3d, 3s sd, 3s 7d, to 3s lid ; medium croßßbred, 2s, 2s 4d, 2s 7d, to 3s 5d ; ditto merino, Is 3d, 2s 2d, to 2s 6d ; orossbred hogget Bkins, 4s lOd ; a line of halfbred Hampshire hoggets topped the market at 5a lid. ______ ,__„__
