Dijon is probably the most important station on the direot route between Paris and Geneva on the road to Switzerland and Italy. The Paris express travels from Patis to Geneva, vU Dijon and Maoon, a distance of 388£ miles, Id fifteen hours. The railway divides at Dijon, bo that yon can either continue your journey by way of Macon to Geneva, or via Pontarher to Berne.
