A man named William Pearson, was arrested this morning and remanded to Ohrißtchurch op a oharge of stealing a bath or tub from 0. M. Arderson at Sydenham, on 17th inst. A Good Turn and its Reward. At the R.M, Court to-day a man named Breen was fined 20s for giving tobaooo to one of a prison gang working ln the street, Breeu had lately been m gaol and thought he was doing a kindness to a late associate. Committed for Trial. Henry Dixon Adams alias Bently was committed for trial on a charge of forging and nttering cheques for £6 9-i.
