The Austrian Government have intimated their willingness to abolish the sugar bounties if the American and Brazilian Governments will agree to the same course. The French Government alone objects to sign the agreement. If France persists m opposition to the bounties agreement, the other powers will sign the treaty on Tuesday next, thus isolating France.
