No evidence was called by defendait, who paid £25 into court as ample compensation. After twenty minutes' discussion the jury returned a verdict for £500, costs being fixed according to ectle. An applies' ion will be made to slay execution, as it is intended to move for a new trial on the grounds that the damages are excessive.
