«. i (PRK PKKBS ASSOCIATION.) London, August 21. There is an anxious feeling on the Continent m respect to the dispute be tween France and Italy over the Massowah difficulty. Pakis, August 21. The acrimonious tone adopted by Signor Crispi, the Italian Premier, m his replies to M. Goblet, French Minister for Foreign Affairs, respecting the Italian occupation of Massowab, is greatly irritating the French, and it is believed that Germany is fomenting the quarrel between Franco and Italy. Berlin, August 21. The attempt of the Porte to enlist the sympathy of Germany (m a note protesting against the Italian annexa tion of Massowah) htß met with a sharp rebuff at the hands of Count Herbert Bismarck, Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs. Rome, Augnst 21. Signor Crispi has left for Berlin to consult with Prince Bismarck with reference to the Massowah difficulty.
