L. t-mith, the Judges appointed on the Commission to enquire into the charges made by the " Times " against Parnell, have decided to com mencc their sitting on October 16th. The "Times," in referring to the action brought by Mr Parnell, states that it declines to assist him from evading the statutory enquiry, and that he only appealed to the Commissioners when he found it was impossible to avoid going into the witness box.
