Melbourne, August 16. Landhurst wasarrested to day charged with committing a number of commercial frauds. It is stated that the total amonnt involved is about Sir James Hector has been requested to inspect and report on the Gippsland coalfields. The action against the Tramway Company for the infringement of a patent has been compromised,
