AUCKLAND RACING CLUB.
Auckland, Angasfc 6. The annual meeting of the members of the Auokland Racing Club was held today. The balance-sheet showed a credit balance on the profit and tors account of £76 14s. The report states that during the year the Club had disbursed £7320 m stake*, but there had been a considerable falling off m the net profits, owing to bad times. Messrs Mltohelaon, Phllson, Diokey, Morrin, Russell and Major W&lmeley were re-elected members of the Committee. At a special meeting of the Club the Metropolitan oodo of rules was adopted.
