Melbourne, August 2. Wheat, 3s 2^d ; flour, stone-made, £7 ', roller made, £8 ; oats, Tartarian seed, 2s 10|d ; stout New "Zealand, 3s l^d ; barley is unchanged ; bran, Bd. Sugar, grey, £21 ; white, £21 10s.
The following private telegram was received m Christchurch yesterday, dated London, August lgt :— " The weather continues unsettled here, which has improved the wheat market. A first-class cargo of Tuscan wheat has boen sold at 365. The future of the market depends entirely upon the weather."
