' Susbox wero the first to ba*, and made 98, the highest scorers being Newhiym (not out), 45 ; B:aun, 18 ; and Thomas, 13 Turner jo 'k five wickets for 36, and Trott four for 28. The - Australians, In their second Innings, made 68>- the prinoipal scorers being Trott 24, Blaokham 17, and Jarvis IS. Humphreys- secured five wickets for 21. In their seoond innings, Sussex have lost three wickets for 74. Greason made 30. Qnalfe 26; and Newhara 10.
