Old Acquaintance had no dlffi oulty m winning his course, bit Memento was beaten decisively m the St. Lsger. ] Yorkshire Lass and her sister Bhaaper, and also Loohiel won their courses de cialvely, but Bonnie Laddie got away for a coarse by himself, and was then beaten by Whisper. The defeat of Hareun-al-Raschid cauaed great excitement. York shire Lass and Lonewood are now the favorites.
