Consideration of Surveyor's report on this road loft over from last meeting was prooeeded with. It was resolved to have a ford made just above the culvert on the road. DEPUTATION. Mr Donaldson waited on the Board, and complained of the oulyert below his property as not Buffioient to oarry water away: Proper provision wai not made to oarry the water along the natural'watercourse.
It was pointed out to Mr Donaldson that the Board had gone to considerable expense la this locality, and had purchased land for a drain to take watßr from this creek. It would hardly be fair that they should now also send watar down the creek. He was Informed that the Surveyors would take levels to ascertain if an outlet oould be made down the Waterton road, A ford would be madein lieu of culvert and stanks pat at Moses' corner.
