ANTIMONY COMPANY.
(PKB PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Wblluhjton, July i. An extraordinary general meeting of shareholders In the Endeavor Inlet Antimony Company m liquidation was held last night, Mr Maodottald In the ohair. The memoranda m from Sir W. Bailer Irsaed to the shareholders of the Company was read, and considerable discussion took place respecting it. The former Directors of the Company, Messrs Keid, Crease, Wallaoe, Willeston, and Logan expressed themselves In strong terms respecting the Inacouraoy of the statements Indulged m by Sir W. Bailer with reference to th« Company. A , resolution to the effect " that after having heard the views of the O(i3ct >rs and the manager of the Company the shareholders are of opinion that the statements by Sic W, Bailer were icaccurate and request the* Directors to issue a memorandum giving the trae version of the facts," was carried unanimously. The liquidators, Messrs Maodonald and Oreasa, made a siatemont respecting the progress of liquidation aud pointed out that it was Impossible to oloso it until they had reoeived the balance of £4000 owing to the New Zealand Antimony Company.
