VICTORIA.
Melbourne, July 3. A man wjiq h.as, not been Identified, was found to-day brutally murdered at Elmore, Bendigo. The charge of murder preferred against Mrs Spann, who was accused of administering poison to a lodger m her house, was heard m the Supreme Court to-day, when the jury returned a verdict of not guilty.
