On the suggestion of tie Speaker, Mr Wilson withdrew his motion m order to amend it bo as to make it come within the Standing Orders THE HONOKAHIDM Mr Mantel moved a 89rioe of resolution.B m connection with certain expenses drawn from the Treasury by the Wellington members of the Council, and asking that Government should legislate to avoid the recurrence 'of the transaction. i The motion was carried on a division by 20 to 6. .
