MOUNT SOMERS.
(From odr ows Co^bebfonbsni.) On Sunday last the Rev. Mr Flnlaysoo held a, oommanion service at Moont Somera. A vety large audtenoa listened Attentively to an eloquent and telling ■sermon. A number of communicants Mailed themselves of the opportunity, the first one offered to the ohuroh peop!e of -the district for some years, of partaking of tha Lord's Supper. Tha weather np here is {delightful — bracing, yet mild. Your readers may I jadge of its mildness from the fact that Miss Alice Price of the " Lodge," showed me a full-grown straw berry of a large sfze which, one of many others, had ripened quite lately. The strawberry plants at the "Lodge" are said to be In. foil bloom* The ingenious owners of that enviable little " Lodge " lire said to have also a wonderfully good assortment of cz'ery ware on hand Their baskets •re much admired for tbeir excellence, ■ while the prices aeked for them seem to A be very moderate. Our bachelors «ro bestirring themselves. They are going to have a ball on Friday, Jane 29th. Great preparations are going on for the occ«ilon.
