♦ On Monday, July 23rd the following lands m the Ashburton Oouaty will be reopened for sale at £2 per acre cash, particulars of which are contained m the " Gazette "of May 10th last The application must be made on and after the 23rd July next at the Land Offioep, Christohurch and Timaru. By seotlon 13 of Land Aot Amendment Aot 3887, every application must be accompanied by a deposit of one fifth of the estimated prioe of the land described m the application.
