It is quite evident that Mr Kei; did not heat thejMajor's remarks to the Riflan at the oonolusio i of their oompany movemente, and Id Me Keir's present frame of mind I should to sorry to reproduce them here. Let it eaffice to say th\t they were complimentary ia the extreme and very much more bo than would bo inferred from your report.
