TUBKBY AND GREECE PREPARING FOR WAR. (Pkr Pbes3 .Association.) Constantinople, April 30. Russia is inciting the people of Macedonia to rebellion, and a conflict between Greece nnd Turkey is imminent, Constantinople, May 1. The situation m Macedonia is serious. The Porte has demanded the recall of the Greek Consul at Monaster (a town m the west of Macedonia), on the ground that he is implicated m the Russian intrigues which are causing the present trouble. The Greek Government has refused to comply with the demand, and large bodies of Turkish troops and a quantity of war material have been despatched to Macedonia. The Turkish Ambassador at Athens has been summoned to Constantinople.
