From the same cause there was a meagre attendance of buyers, and an absence of ■pirit m the biddings ; and more than the ndual proportion of lota was passed In. About one-half of tha Bheep consisted of drafts of merinoß from the great northern stations, and a satisfactory feature of the market was that moßt of theßo found buyers, In all olaesea the lots sold brought recent valuea, and it appears as if the fall were arrested. Prlraa fat crossbred wetheta sold to 9s, ewes to 63 9 i, store four-tooth and six-tooth mixed cross breds to 7b 6d, Aged crossbred Jewea to 3s Bd, broken-mouthed do 3d 65, store Down cross lambs 4s, store merino evrsa from a first-rate flock %i lid. There was no improvement m the prices of fat or dairy cattle •
