BANK OF SOUTH AUSTRALIA.
At the annual meeting of the shareholders of the Bank of South Australia, the report was adopted. Sir John H. Kennaway, the Chairman, said he hoped the statement of the directors, that the dividends should be reduced m future m order to increase the reserve fund, would be seriously considered by the shareholders.
