London, April 6. The quotations for wheat and flour are unchanged. New Zealand hemp is quoted at 15s to Consols, At the wool sales 32,000 bales have been catalogued, of which 15,000 wsre withdrawn. The bidding was spirited, [ and good sales were effected, but there \was no quotable change m prices as compared with the closing rates m February. Good sound merinos are unchanged, medium and inferior a half-penny lower. Good greasy sorts are vety firm, medium and inferior unchanged. Fine crossbreds firm, but the lower qualities are from par to a halfpenny lower than m February. Wheat is quoted at 335. It is considered that three-fourths of the 3 per cents, will be converted before the 12th inst.
