London, March 27. Australian stocks are recovering. , The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency propose to increase their capital to the extent of £1,000,000, and one-half of this amount will ba issuod almost immediately,
The wool catalogue for the next sales is almost complete, and the market is slightly firmer.
The New Zealand Loßn and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, have received the following cable message from London, dated March 27th : — Wheat— The market is flat. New Zealand average is worth 32s per 476 lbs. Tallow— The market ha 3 been lower since our last cable message, but has recovered, and is now steadier. Good mutton and beef tallows are worth respectively 25s 6d and 23s 9d per cwt. Frozen meat — The market is unchanged.
