Wellington, Maroh 22. Tho report of the Koyal Oommiflsiouers on the Seaoliff Asylum has been presented to the Governor. The Commissioners state that the building (a m a very unsatisfactory condition, partly through neglect to drain the site, and partly through defects fn construction.
