Prince Bismarck addressed a letter to Count Kalnoky, Austrian Minister for Foreign Affairs, expressing the thanks oi the Germans for the the sympathy of Austria, and stating that the friendship between the two nationr was indissoluble. Count Kalnoky has forwarded a cordial reply to Prince Bismarck's letter. £ t. Petersburg, Maroh 13, The " Messenger Officiel " states that the Czarewitch's visit to Berlin is to pledge the continuance of a close friendship between Germany and Russia, which is necessary to their mutual welfare and for the prevention of international troubles.
