Berlin-, Maroh 13. lne Emperor Frederick 111, m hi* Proclsmation, says that he hopes to make Germany a centre of peace. He has addressed a letter to Prince Bismarck, m which he expresses his gratitude to him, and, relies on his advice and assistance to avoid violent political changes. His majesty urges the observance of religious toleration, the support of economical progress and the enforcement uf economical administration m order to lighten taxation. A bulletin, issued to day, states that the Emperor Frederick's health is m a favorable condition, and it is also announced that the issue of regular bulletins has been stopped.
Berlin, Maroh 14. The sympathy shown by Austria on the occasion of the Emperor William's death has evoked a warm pledge of friendship from Prince Bismarck.
The Emperor Frederick's proclamation has been everywhere favorably regarded, but the bulletins respecting his health are distrusted,
