Bucharest, March 13 Premier M. J. C. Bratiano, who resigned a few days ago, has succeeded m reconstructing a Cabinet. Rome. March 13. In the House of Deputies Signor Crispi, Premier, m the course of a speech on the Bulgarian situation, said that Italy's policy m respect to Bulgaria was opposed to the view recently expressed by Germany, m endorsing the ctemand for the deposition of Prince I erdinand.
