The men who were arrested on a charge of being concerned m the second case of criminal assault committed on a woman, were brought before the City Court to-day. The evidence proved that the woman was given to drunkenness and was a bad character. It was aUo proved that the woman could not identify any of the men m custody, but the Magistrate committed two of the accused for trial at the next criminal sessions, and acquitted the third.
