EVACUATION OF THE NEW HEBRIDES

[Per Press association.] Sydney, March 6. The French gunboat Fabert, which has arrived trom Noumea, brings news that a despatch has been received by the Governor of the island from the French Government conveying the text of the New Hebrides agreement, and ordering that the French troops should evacuate the group without delay. When the Fabert left Noumea two ships were preparing to sail for the Nefr Hebrides to bring back the French troops, and it was expected that the evacuation would be completed by the 15th inst, .
