THE GROWN PRINCE

March 6 Her Majesty the Queen has received a telegraphic message from the Crown Princess stating that the Crown Prince has had a turn for the better, and that there is again room for hope that he may survive his illness. : Berlin, March 6. In compliance with a wish expressed Hy the Emperor, Prince William has been empowered to sign Royal decrees. The Crown rince is returning here from San Remo at the end of this month.
