Accident to a Vessel.
New Plymotuu, February 28. It Is reported here that the a. B. Bellringer, from Manukau on her way to Woitira, ran on the Wniongonga roef, out-iide the heads, on entering the Wai tare river this morning and had to be towed off. She has six feet of water In her hold.
